Pain is real, but so is Hope.

People tend to seek counseling because of the pain associated with a life event, or because they have a desire to grow within themselves or within a relationship. I approach counseling in an accepting and compassionate way, and believe in the connection of body, mind, and spirit. I am trained and experienced in different evidence-based approaches to help you reach your goals.
